1. Campaign Overview
The “Proud to be Indian: A Republic Day Photography Campaign” (the “Campaign”) is organized by the NHRC Foundation. The Campaign invites citizens to celebrate Republic Day on 26 January by taking a photo with the tricolor, scanning the provided barcode, and uploading the photo for a chance to receive a gift and certificate.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all Indian citizens who wish to participate. Participants must adhere to the legal requirements of their respective jurisdictions.
It is mandatory for all participants of the campaign to donate a minimum of Rs 10 to the NHRC Foundation, and there is no limit on the maximum donation.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will run exclusively to 26 January, Republic Day. Participants must submit their photos and scan the barcode during this timeframe to be considered for the gift and certificate.
4. Photo Submission Process
Participants should take a photo with the tricolor, scan the provided barcode, and upload the photo through the designated platform specified by the NHRC Foundation.
5. Gifts and Certificates
Participants who successfully upload their photos will be eligible to receive a gift and a certificate from the NHRC Foundation. The nature of the gift will be communicated by NHRC Foundation through official channels.
All the participants participating in the campaign will be honored with a certificate from NHRC Foundation.
The first 10 participants to participate in the same campaign will also be given a gift hamper (award) along with a certificate from NHRC Foundation.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and patriotic manner. Inappropriate content or behavior will not be tolerated. NHRC Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of this code.
7. Intellectual Property
All uploaded photos become the property of NHRC Foundation. Participants grant NHRC Foundation the right to use, reproduce, and display the photos for promotional and awareness purposes.
8. Communication
Participants consent to receive communications from NHRC Foundation regarding the Campaign. NHRC Foundation may use participant information for future communications related to its activities, unless otherwise specified.
9. Termination of Participation
NHRC Foundation reserves the right to disqualify any participant or terminate their participation in the Campaign at its discretion, especially in the case of a breach of these terms and conditions.
10. Amendments
NHRC Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through official channels.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
By participating in the “Proud to be Indian: A Republic Day Photography Campaign,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
